OBJECTIVE

Ferrara Candy Company tasked PWE with reinventing their Employee Halloween Celebration this October.

 

OVERVIEW

PWE was hired to produce Ferrara Candy Company’s Employee Halloween Celebration/Costume Party on the rooftop of the Old Post Office. The “Spooky Carnival” event featured elaborate Halloween decor, master pumpkin carvers, a candy sculptor, Halloween-themed food & beverage, fun & unique food service/incidental entertainment and a LIVE T-shirt screening station. In addition, we incorporated a variety of Ferrara products into the specialty food items to further brand the event. A fun example of this was how guests were greeted with an option to take Candy Corn or Nerds Jell-O shots upon arrival.

OBJECTIVE

Paulette Wolf Events was tasked by PartySlate to celebrate the launch of their new website for over 800 VIPs including media, socialites & event professionals at Moonlight Studios. PartySlate is the ultimate platform to discover stunning event ideas, beautiful spaces, and top event professionals throughout the country. PWE produced the event from overall concept and theme development to on site management and coordination of logistics.

 

OVERVIEW

The theme of the evening focused upon “Inspiration” and what drives and stimulates the imagination for events. PWE managed three décor companies, six caterers, entertainment production, sound and lighting throughout four different spaces and worked with each of them to insure they all blended with the underlying theme.

Décor companies included Kehoe Designs, with its watercolor-themed “Paint Your Story” gallery; HMR Designs with an “All About Love” theme’ and Platinum Events, which created a “Platinum” theme. Catering partners included Entertaining Company, J&L Catering, Blue Plate, Catering by Michaels, Paramount Events and Foodstuffs Events & Catering.

Sound Investment filled the entire space with video projection, sound, lighting, and wallscapes of strolling event images. Entertainment was provided by BKO BeatMix Music which included a DJ with a strolling violinist, a gospel choir and an international drum line. New Moon Chicago provided servers on stilts, a champagne chandelier and a living red carpet.

Other partners included Tablescapes who provided the entire rental needs for the bar and catering teams, photographer extraordinaire Sheri Whitko, 360 degree videos were taken by Jamwoc Mixed Reality Solutions, and TagPrints Digitals provided a social media photo booth with a green screen for some additional fun. Pulp & Ink designed the custom digital invitation and Modern Luxury served as the media sponsor, while Beefeater London, Absolut Elyx and Jameson Black Barrel were the featured liquor sponsors for the night.

The evening came to an end as Doughnut Vault handed guests their signature doughnuts as they left the party. It truly was an evening of inspiration and a night to remember!

This campaign was about aligning the new Brizo Faucet Line with the luxury resort and interior design industry creating brand exposure in unconventional complimentary markets.

 

OVERVIEW

Paulette Wolf Events developed a unique marketing opportunity, which invited the Delta client into the beautiful and seductive world of fashion. We commissioned fashion designers Valentino, Tory Burch & Michael Kors to design innovative garments using custom Brizo fabric with subtle step and repeat patterns of their faucets printed on them. The one-of-a-kind collection was then presented at fashion shows across the country to industry and media audiences garnering exposure in fashion publications like Vogue, InStyle & Bazaar.

OBJECTIVE

PWE produced three large-scale events for Virgin Atlantic Airways over the course of almost a decade. We were charged with increasing brand awareness as well as announcing the inaugural flight from London to Chicago as only Sir Richard Branson would do.

 

OVERVIEW

In 1999, we helped Virgin CEO Sir Richard Branson host an event to celebrate the commissioning of the daily London-Chicago flight. The event featured the merging of London and Chicago cultural elements and was attended by Virgin Atlantic Airways execs, local dignitaries and passengers that arrived on the inaugural flight.

In 2007, we produced a day of dual-purpose events celebrating Virgin Atlantic Airways’ purchase of Boeing’s newest commercial aircraft, the 787 Dreamliner, as well as the reinstatement of the daily London-Chicago route. The day began with a press event for over 150 local, national and international media held in the Aviation Wing of Chicago’s Museum of Science & Industry. The program featured Sir Richard Branson and Boeing CEO James McNerney discussing the environmental efficiencies of the new aircraft & closed with a spectacular light and video production which was then raised to reveal a 25’x25’ full-scale mock-up of the 787 Dreamliner cabin.

That evening, guests were invited to celebrate at an exclusive cocktail reception featuring various amenities from a Virgin Atlantic flight through mock-ups of the Upper Class seating pods, in-flight massage chairs and oxygen bars. In another fusion of London & Chicago cultural elements, the 1,000+ guests were entertained by British recording star Heather Smalls, accompanied by the Chicago Praise Choir.

OBJECTIVE

Paulette Wolf Events was tasked with producing the launch of POPSUGAR in Chicago. The goal of the Chicago’s “Summer Must Haves” event was to garner media attention and subscribers for their site in this new market.

 

OVERVIEW

POPSUGAR is a global women’s lifestyle brand at the intersection of content and commerce. The event took place at The Roof at the Wit Hotel and showcased the summer’s must haves which included custom gift bags, delicious food and drink as well as entertainment. The focus was not only to entertain top trendsetters, but to deliver décor and live entertainment that would define the summer. Over 300 media and local corporate sales personnel as well as key executives attended.

NetApp and its partners, CDW & Arrow Electronics have engaged PWE to produce unique and memorable brand-driven corporate events, product launches & campaigns with name entertainment as well as incentive travel trips and summit meetings throughout the US.

 

OVERVIEW

For multiple product launches, we’ve helped NetApp celebrate the release of its newest products and technology as well as generate excitement among its channel partners, who would soon be charged with selling it.  The branding-driven campaigns began with overtaking the channel partner offices with NetApp leadership, colors, products and messaging, essentially turning the offices into NetApp headquarters for the day. At the end of the workday, employees move to an evening event location where the celebration of the new product continues.  The evening event features elaborate branding, themed food, specialty cocktails and name entertainment, i.e. Grace Potter and Parmalee for all of the different teams to enjoy.

In addition to the product launches, we have also been charged with producing various incentive trips & meeting summits for NetApp and its channel partners which focus on selling the new products and technology.  We create custom, destination-specific websites to coordinate attendee registration as well as share pre-trip correspondence and information. We manage all travel logistics and implement extensive branding throughout, as well as develop unique experiences for each location that are representative of the destination and culture with exclusive elements not available to the general public. Locations have included Napa, CA, Charleston, SC, New Orleans, LA, Key West, FL and Coeur d’Alene, ID.
